Return Policy

All of our products enjoy a 12-month or longer warranty and our 30-day money back guarantee. If any receive product does not work properly, please contact our customer service at contact@laptopbatterylife.com to report your problem and get a solution. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If return is needed, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not return goods directly to us without a valid RMA number. It is difficult for us to find your transaction record, and this may result in delay or denial of the exchange or refund.

Returns must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from the delivery date. Defective products must be returned within 7 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. If the warranty expires or products are misused, your return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping. We will pay for shipping the replacement to you.
